These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.umbrelladementiashop.com.au and the purchase of any goods and services from it. www.umbrelladementiashop.com.au (“website” or “site”) is owned and operated by Umbrella Dementia Cafes Ltd (ABN 65 628 935 179). When we say “you, your” etc., we mean the person using the site. When we say “our, we, us” etc., we mean Umbrella Dementia Cafes Ltd. Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including the disclaimers and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
Your rights
All goods supplied to you by us come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and may also be entitled to compensation for loss or damage. You are also entitled to a refund or replacement for a minor failure unless we elect to repair the goods at our expense. You may also be entitled to remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law if any services supplied to you fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, guarantee, warranty, right or liability conferred on you by law and unable to be negated or modified by contract and to the extent that any of these Terms and Conditions would (but for this provision) exclude, restrict or modify any such condition, guarantee, warranty, right or liability it is invalid and unenforceable. Save in relation to claims under the Australian Consumer Law, our maximum pecuniary liability to you in connection with or in relation to your use of our site and the purchase of products from us is limited to the aggregate of the amounts you have paid us for the goods or services.
The site may contain links to external websites that are not operated by us and for which we are not responsible. You agree that no representation or warranty is made by us in connection with those other websites and that the provision of the links does not indicate, expressly or impliedly, that we endorse the site or the products or services provided at those sites.
Returns and Refunds
Change of Mind returns are accepted within 14 days of any item being picked up or delivered if the packaging has not been opened and is intact as new. The item/s will be required to be returned to us at your expense either via post or pick up site (Nunwading, Victoria), once the item is received by us a refund for the item (not shipping) will be arranged as long as the product is considered as new.
Prices and payment
You agree to pay for all products and services you order. Price provided in the online shop does not include delivery. Delivery Australia wide incur additional charges which will be be clearly stated when you add a product to the ‘cart’ and you enter your details at checkout.
We currently do not ship outside of Australia. Please contact us at enquiries@umbrelladementiacafes.com.au if you wish to receive our product overseas. The price of products and services we offer may change without notice from time to time, but we will never change the price of anything you have already ordered and/or paid for. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. All prices listed on the website include all applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Payment by card may be subject to processing fees, but if applicable you will be informed of these prior to finalising your purchase.
Ordering
By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the subject products and services from us. You are not permitted to withdraw an offer or order any products for resale to a third party. We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer you make us for any reason, including but limited to if the products requested are not available, payment is not processed successfully, we suspect your order is for commercial purposes, there is the possibility of fraud or there is an error in the price or description of the product you want to buy. Each offer you make and which is accepted by us creates a separate and binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the relevant products. For us to fulfil your order, we need some information from you including your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address and payment details. For information on how we obtain, store and use your personal information please see our Privacy Policy. Please be aware that we do not deliver products to PO Box addresses.
Availability & variation of product
Only a limited number of products are available due to the exclusive nature of some of the items. The shop will be updated when products are no longer available, stating that the product has ‘sold out. In some instances, there will be the option to ‘pre-order’.
In the event that we reject an order, funds paid in relation to that order will be refunded in full as soon as reasonably practicable. You will be provided with an e-mail acknowledgement of the rejection and refund. We also reserve the right to on some occasions to provide a substitute product of equal or greater value dependent on stock availability. We will always inform you if this is going to occur.

This site is owned and operated by us. Unless otherwise specified, all material appearing on this website, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons and images, photographs, graphics, typefaces and other material as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof (collectively "Content") is subject to applicable copyright laws. All audio and video clips are our sole property. You may use the Content only for the purpose of shopping on this site including placing an order on this Site and for no other purpose. No Content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means whatsoever without our prior written permission. You waive, release, discharge and relinquish any and all claims that you have now or may have against us that are connected with, arise out of, relate to or are incidental to the use of our website or products purchased from us. Collecting & using your information
Umbrella Dementia Cafés Ltd will only collect personal information about you by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonably intrusive manner. Umbrella Dementia Cafés Ltd credit card transactions are fulfilled by an authorised banking institution. When collecting credit card information for online purchases, Umbrella Dementia Cafes Ltd offer secured server transactions that encrypt your information in transit to prevent others from accessing it. All information is stored on a secure server. Your credit card details are encrypted and then removed from our system once your order has been dispatched. We will never store your credit card details.

Shipping
All orders will be dispatched within 5-7 days whereby it is not a pre-order. Where one product is ordered Flat Rate Standard Delivery Australia Wide to one address is $9.95 or $14.95 for Express Post Delivery. Bundle deliveries Flat Rate Standard Delivery Australia Wide is $14.95 or $19.95 or Express Post. You can also choose Pick Up (Nunawading, Victoria) at Checkout.
We use a variety of shipping methods depending on your location. Shipping times vary from 1-3 days for Melbourne, 2-4 days for Sydney, Adelaide, 2-5 days for Brisbane and 3-7 days for Perth, FNQ & Hobart.
